They said they would get a new one to us but that didn’t happen until a second call to guest services and it took two days. Our coffee maker was not working and we let them know immediately. Basically they get your money and then you become a non-priority.
Although the villas are great, do NOT count on them to fix anything once you check-in.I would pass on this option as there are a lot of meal delivery options and lots of great restaurants in the surrounding area. Fins restaurant is overpriced and not very good.DO NOT leave the front desk without this being definitively resolved!!! The guard shack did not operate with any semblance of urgency and didn’t give a rip that we sat outside of the gate for 5 minutes each time we came back. No matter how we tried to resolve this, we wasted precious time just trying to get back to our villa.

The QR code delivery system was not working when we arrived and as a result we waited a long time to be let in the resort for the first two days we were there.

Will provide an update if we hear from him… We currently awaiting a follow up with the general manager. We were told during check out that due to the problems that we had at the home that they planned to block the home off. Front desk weren’t able to help out much but to send messages or redirect us to guest express. I even discussed the situation with the covering management Sarah and no one was able to tell me why I was charged twice. The front desk staff is pleasant but they charged me twice for the security deposit. The linens in our room were stained which caused us to go out to buy our own linens. The home was in need of a touch up painting, deep clean (oven, fridge and carpet), furniture and patio replacement. We also put in a request for the pool to be cleaned and they never came during our stay. We even offered to split our group to 2 homes if needed but he stated he couldn’t get approval for it so we were stuck in the home during our stay. He advised he was unable to move us because he didn’t have a home to accommodate our group size. We notified staff and management (Max) on the day of check in. I stayed at 7652 Fairfax Dr which was an 11 bedroom home. I agree with the other reviews that the resort is going downhill. This stay was not so great and highly disappointing. This is my second booking with Encore resort. Other than that little blip, perfect stay🙂🙂… He went and got one and offered to clear the grass himself, I told him that it was no problem and I did it. I told the gentleman that all I needed was a net and that I would clear the grass myself. I rang the reception team and told them and within minutes one of their team came out, took photos and was very apologetic and explained that a third party contractor cuts the grass and that he would take it up with them to get it cleaned. If we had a net, we would have cleared it. In fact the stay was fantastic at Encore and the only minor issue we had was one day when we got back from Disney, we were going to go into the pool, but the grass had been cut and the grass was floating all over the top. We were across the road from the main site where the water park was, but this was no problem as when there’s so many theme parks to visit, it was nice to come back to the peace and tranquillity of the Villa and have a dip in our own pool. It was a smooth check in and when we got to the Villa (7402 Marker Avenue) we were met by one of the Encore staff who showed us around and explained the workings of everything, pool lights, A.C., and where to call if we had any issues. We booked a Villa at Encore through TUI and having read some of the reviews, we wondered what was in store for us when we arrived.
